Die Hausarztpraxis Kalbermatten wird berechtigt, direkt mit der Krankenversicherung abzurechnen. Der Patient/in erhält jeweils eine Patientenkopie. Unfallrechnungen zu Lasten einer Unfallversicherung werden nur direkt mit der Unfallversicherung abgerechnet, sofern der Versicherer, das Unfalldatum sowie die Unfallnummer innerhalb eines Monates uns gemeldet wird. Termine welche nicht 24h im Voraus durch den Patienten abgesagt / verschoben werden, werden mit CHF 80.00 in Rechnung gestellt Mahnungen werden ab der zweiten Mahnung mit CHF 30.00 Mahngebühr und bei der dritten Mahnung mit CHF 50.00 in Rechnung gestellt.

Hausarztpraxis Kalbermatten ima pravo da račune naplaćuje direktno od zdravstvenog osiguranja. Pacijent/kinja dobija svoju kopiju računa. Računi za nezgode se naplaćuju direktno od osiguravajuće kompanije samo ako nam osiguravajuća kuća, datum nezgode i broj nezgode budu prijavljeni u roku od jednog meseca. Termini koji nisu otkazani ili pomereni od strane pacijenta najmanje 24 sata unapred biće naplaćeni CHF 80,00. Opomene se naplaćuju od druge opomene u iznosu od CHF 30,00, a od treće opomene CHF 50,00.
